    Responsibilities:

    • Identify requirements and develop and design content.
    • Mentor other professionals and ensure the accuracy of the content to enable client employees in their performance and learning needs within the constraints of the stated project requirements.
    • Lead project teams and deliver accordingly to set milestones
    • Mentor and train junior writers.

    Skills and experience

    • 5-7 years of experience in Instructional design.
    • Content writing – script writing, storyboarding.
    • Should be well versed with tools like Adobe Captivate. Storyline, Articulate, After Effects, etc.

  • eLearning developer

    We are looking for eLearning developers having hands-on experience in developing web-based training (WBT) modules in a rapid authoring environment. The candidate must have:

    • Strong analytical skills.
    • Ability to change rapid authoring templates to provide custom user interfaces.
    • Ability to understand complex topics and represent them in an intuitive manner.
    • Ability to develop engaging learning activities

    Responsibilities:

    • Work with the Instructional Design team to identify the requirements for training development.
    • Remodel existing content and instructional material based on the practice of the training (WBT or Blended).
    • Utilize best practices in a rapid authoring development environment to create visually engaging and appropriate e-learning interventions.
    • Create media to support learning (e.g., audio-visual aids, supplementary content in various multimedia formats).
    • Develop assessments and learning activities.
    • Work with instructional design teams to plan effort estimations, timelines and ensure that output is delivered within expected project timelines.

    key Skills:

    • Experience in Content Development for WBT and Blended learning.
    • Thorough knowledge of rapid authoring tools such as the latest versions of Articulate Storyline, Articulate RISE, Adobe Captivate etc.
    • Experience in developing learner engagement through advanced interactivities for learning games, etc.
    • Knowledge of Tincan (xAPI) and SCORM reporting into Learning Management Systems (LMS) such as Moodle, Blackboard, BBLearn or Canvas is preferable.
    • Experience in current instructional technologies and trends.
    • Excellent communication skills.
    • Ability to take on additional responsibilities in content development/ web-based training development.

  • Senior Visual Designer

    Roles and Responsibilities :

    • Design production assets, infographics, and other items using creative software.
    • Design interfaces for WBTs.
    • Research company history and current company offerings to create a reflective brand identity.
    • Systematically analyze, design, develop, and test/revise the learning solutions.
    • Design and develop effective instructional materials.
    • Develop content/storyboard for ILT and E-Learning courses based on the design documents using Storyline Articulate.
    • Ensure that learning solutions are effective and help achieve the established terminal objectives.
    • Create course/curriculum outlines and design documents based on client requirements.
    • Perform quality assurance reviews of learning content.
    • Develop assessment items to test learning objectives.
    • Incorporate multimedia assets that include, but are not limited to, audio, videos, and graphics.
    • Create classroom training, e-learning, assessments, and tablet-based learning on Microsoft technologies.
    • Graduation in any discipline (preferably Computers or Sciences)
    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
    • Sound knowledge of ID theories and practices.
    • Good verbal and written communication, team spirit, and people management skills.
    • Expertise in developing various instructional materials including classroom-based training, e-learning, job aids, reference guides, on-the-job training, train-the-trainer course material, assessments, and evaluations.
    • Demonstrate effective course development and evaluation skills.
    • Should be able to independently develop entry and advanced-level technical and non-technical courses.
    • Experienced in designing a variety of training products.
    • Working knowledge of authoring tools such as Storyline Articulate and Adobe Captivate.

    Work on multiple projects and ensure that all projects are delivered as per set deadlines Must be able to work with speed and meet deadlines.

    • Plan, create, and deliver training in-person to teams and supporting content for our learning management system.
    • Create design solutions from concept to production.
    • Ability to interact at various levels of the company, communicate and present ideas, and absorb and apply constructive feedback from peers and management.
